Refund Policy

This policy covers plans and credit packs bought on aiimageedit.app. Every visitor gets free daily credits, so you can try edits on your own photos before paying anything. Questions go to [email protected].

Failed edits are refunded automatically

If an edit fails, or a request is blocked by our content rules before it runs, the credits it used go back to your account on their own. You do not need to contact us, and the credits returned are the same ones you spent.

Credit packs

A credit pack is a one-time purchase that does not renew. If you have not spent any of the credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. Once credits from that pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable, because the edits have already been delivered.

Plans

You can cancel a plan at any time from your account page. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Cancelling on its own does not refund the period you are in.

Every plan payment, the first one and each renewal alike, can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the charge and have not spent any of the credits that payment added. This applies to monthly and annual billing, so if a plan renews before you remember to cancel, you can still get that renewal back as long as you have not used it. Once a payment is refunded, the plan period it paid for ends.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include the order number from your receipt. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund for an account that has abused the free allowance, charged a payment back, or broken our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
